All bookings must be made in advance via our website.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the camp day will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the camp day are non-refundable.
If the camp is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit towards a future camp will be offered.

Repeated late collection may result in additional charges or cancellation of your child’s place.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if a child is unwell or poses a health risk to others.

Children are expected to follow instructions from staff to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
Any child who repeatedly disrupts sessions or behaves in a way that endangers others may be asked to leave, with no refund issued.
